It was both casual and friendly! I would say about 80% of the interview was asking about my CV and cover letter, and the other 20% was personality based questions to get to know me.

Two of the three interviewers were personable, but the other was very awkward and unprofessional. He often failed to make eye contact, smirked, and played with his pen. It made the experience uncomfortable.
