I found the ad for this job on craigslist. It's a group interview and anyone's allowed to go. hen you get there, they don't ask any questions. They tell the group about the company history and how pay would work. The only people who get the job are the people who were able to ask, literally, one or more questions about the company that had nothing to do with the pay. You fill out a form with two references (who they don't call) and some other info. By the evening, you'll get a text to confirm weather you go in for the 1 day, 3 hour training. And you've got the job.
