I applied after an invitation via Linked In, in my case all the time the recruiter was kind and clear about all my questions or concerns. Had two technical interview and an online challenge, all really focused on my topic (python) and different from other places not asking or pretending you to be an expert in dozens of stacks/techs. One of those interviews was with the team I will join (if the process succesful) and the other with a person from other team, I talked with all no just about the thech stuff but asking them their culture and day to day work, they always answer my questions and were kind. All the process last two weeks, which was surprisingly fast because at that moment in many other applications the last were about a month, finally to say I did this process online for the CDMX office.

Antes que te tengas alguna entrevista te piden que pases por TestGorilla, la prueba esta mal explicada pero es para super trainee, un insulto. Ya es una terrible red flag por lo que preferi no seguir el proceso.
