Colloquio con HR, test cognitivo, sales role play, cultural fit e una chiamata con i capi diretti e l'ultima chiamata con il country manager. Il processo è stato lungo però tutto il team è stato molto gentile e il HR ti segue durante tutto il processo.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer Selbstvorstellung, gefolgt von Fragen zu Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten und Motivation. Anschließend werden Fachfragen gestellt und der Bewerber präsentiert eine Fallstudie. Am Ende erfolgt Raum für Rückfragen.
The whole interview process was clear and structured. Every step felt more like a two-way conversation which made you feel very comfortable, very rare for companies that size. Overall, the process took one month and was very enjoyable.
