First I had a quick phone call with HR describing my general experience. Then I had an interview with an Industrial Design Manager where I presented my portfolio and described my design process.

It was a long interview process, with 4 big interviews. Final interview was in person, with 4 30-min interviews with various members of the department. They took you out to lunch after, which was great to get to know potential co-workers better. Although it was stressful, the interviewers were nice and asked comprehensive questions that were not difficult to answer with preparation.
