Extremely easy, just a few basic past work experience questions, availability, current employment and education questions. I had a friend who worked there so it was relatively easy to get an interview, however, just about anyone can get a job here especially if you have a Lifeguard or First Aid certification. I met with an assistant manager, most of the time was spent on talking about my current status as a student and where I lived. I lived very close so it helped in getting the job. I was given the job right after the interview.
