Initial phone interview lead to an in-person interview. Candid interview with principal engineer and a project manager. Pretty easy to talk to, but projects promised were not consistent with actual project involvement.

Interview was refreshingly conversational. There weren't any canned questions like "what is your biggest strength" or anything like that. Just had a conversation about my relevant experience. One of the better interviews that I've had.

Microsoft teams with two project managers. It was fast and easy and I was offered the job on the spot. Very friendly and easy to talk to, interview lasted about20 minutes total.
