Colloquio
1. First initial pre-screening check
2. Video chat for 30mins
2. Invited into the Klick offices to meet with the hiring manager which was somewhat uncomfortable. It felt as though they had already found somebody for the position and was just doing a "check box" interview. The interview seemed somewhat rushed and was done within 20 minutes. The office wasn't local and it took a while to travel to the destination.
4. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks until I reached out to ask for an update and received an automated "we have decided to go with other applicants". No feedback.

Give me an example of when you had to manage a difficult account and how did you deal with that?
Approached by recruiter and had a phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I really enjoyed my chat with each of them. Pay wasn't what I was looking for so I declined.
