It was really simple and casual. I applied online and took the assessment and got called about a week later for an interview.
They asked really simple questions and it wasn't that bad. After the interview, I started working about a month later. They asked things like if I had any work experience, what I wanted to do in the future, and talked about the rewards plan and why it's important to them.

What are one of your strengths and one of of your weaknesses?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
