Applied online very easy then received a call for an interview. Went to Kmart location spoke to hr person and interview consisted of questions regarding work schedule and information on company, hired on the spot started next day with an orientation.
interview was easy, went through 2, one was through the phone and the other interview was with the manager. it was an easy process, the questions that were asked were basic questions.

Great, very welcoming, loved the space I would interview there again. 3 step process, I met with the CEO of Kmart it was amazing such a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to work at Kmart
