She asked a few basic questions about customer service and the like and told me what my job responsibilities would be. At the end she told me orientation day. I think she mostly wanted to see if you'd be polite to customers and have a general positive vibe.

Describe a time when you received excellent customer service
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
