When you fill out the application, there is a survey after all the normal questions. If you pass the survey, and are hireable, then you go straight into an interview scheduling screen. You choose the date, and then show up for the interview. If they wish to hire you, they will let you know during the interview.

There were only standard questions, the most difficult being why do you want to work for K-mart, and is minimum wage ok.
