After online application, an email was sent to me for an interview. Went in on the schedule date. Had 2 interviews that day. It went smooth and well. Pretty much asked me about my availability and also asked me questions. There were A LOT of questions. Most them were the same but put in different wording. Overall, it was alright. They said they'll called me for my last and 3rd interview since the store manager wasn't there that day.

How would you deal with an angry or difficult customer?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
