There wasn't a very long interview process. I applied online from some job site and shortly after received a call to come in and interview with a manager. It was quick with basic questions: why do I want the job, prior experience, when can I start, etc.....
I engaged with one-on-one interview about my customer service and team skills. They also had around 30 people in the room for group exersizes where you were given a customer scenario and had to come up with a response together.

Submit application, and if you're a fit they'll invite for in person interview. They ask a few question nothing too difficult. Be confident and just answer the questions truthfully. Try to be prompt when replying to questions.
