Contacted by recruiter who reviewed my background and desires. He also tried to sell the company to me (unlimited training budget, good benefits, etc)
One hour long phone interview with four personnel. Each person had 4-5 questions, some technical, some behavioral. All were reasonable questions given the position, the challenge was the feeling of random questions, over the phone limited rapport capability.
