The second interview consisted of learning the rules for some of the games the company banks. Three card and one card poker is what the second interviewer assessed. If you passed you were hired.

Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math.
