It was a strange experience. They invited me to the first interview of 30 minutes. She just ran down her question catalogue to make checks and to anything she would responds very positively and I felt like I didn't even "earn it". She immediately invited me to the second and last interview of 30 minutes with two other interviewers. It was way to short and still no time for questions from my side. After some days I got a template rejection email, which is weird after two interviews. Maybe they were trying to reach a numbers goal of interviewed candidates... Not a great experience

The interview was efficient and mindful of my time. After applying I was promptly sent some written questions to answer and the following day scheduled a phone screen. Isabel was always prompt, helpful, and made me feel comfortable with the phone screen. Following the screen I took three assessments and had a zoom interview scheduled. The zoom interview was relaxed, allowed me to speak to my strengths and get my questions answered. Everyone showed their fun, energetic personalities which made me feel like I could be myself. The next day I was offered the position, the entire process took about 2 short weeks with consistent communication.
