This company focuses way too heavily on their IQ/Personality test. Some of the questions were invasive/offensive. One of the questions asked if I would have more than 2 kids and asked about political views. I'm honestly not too sure how the test is even legal. I'm sure they miss a lot of great candidates due to this process.

The candidate assessments that we have as a step in the recruitment process are to in part help KB4 to assess the culture fit of a potential employee. This is one of many steps we use to find the best of the best employees.

There are several stages of the interview process. Each stage is important and although it may seem like a lot, it was very smooth and easy.

Smoothest process I’ve ever been through! 3 interviews total, basic questions and a project. Very thorough, it moves as fast as you allow it to. My process took about 2 weeks or less. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
