I had a call with a recruiter followed by a panel interview. Someone on the panel was on vacation, but overall it was over 3 weeks. The women I met with are lovely including the recruiter. They were present, authentic, made me feel comfortable & asked fair questions. The hiring manager was very personable & not like some that interrogate you via interviews. Although I was not extended the offer, I was notified which is appreciated as many employers are ghosting these days. The assessment took about an hour and is a bit dated (there are neurodiverse and DEI candidates that don’t score as well on these). I don’t think I did well it because I I had some other interviews the day it was received and before my KnowBe4 interview. I would’ve felt more comfortable with HR questions. Again, the women I met with are lovely and didn’t mind the process.
