I submitted my resume for the role. I got alerted shortly afterward that I needed to take the pre-hire tests. I took both tests (about half an hour total). I had a phone interview with the in-house recruitment team, and with the hiring manager. I was asked and I asked many questions, both about the company and job. I had an in-person interview scheduled shortly thereafter. I met with the hiring manager and their manager. We discussed the position, expectations, hopes, goals and outcomes of the role both immediate needs and long-term planning. I did well, liked the job and team, was given and signed the offer.
