Phone interview initially, then a media plan task to be presented in-office. During the in-office interview, I presented to two of the directors. I was then asked many questions on what I believe their current weaknesses and risks are. This continued with them essentially asking how I would fix the company, and I was asked to have a walk around the block to continue to chat. It was supposed to be an hour, but I was there for almost 3 hours. I was then told to wait for an email from their internal recruiter. I waited two weeks, before I got an email telling me that they were pulling the position and will no longer be hiring.
