The interview process is hybrid, starting with phone/zoom calls. The second stage is in-office, and includes a couple more interviews and a shadowing session with someone already in the role. Overall it is a great way to see what the day to day looks like while also understanding what management is looking for. Highly transparent and much faster than other processes I've been involved in.
