Interview with the hiring manager and a second manager at seperate times. The interview consisted of the typical what are your strennths, why are you looking for this position ect and a review of the resume. The manager tried to make it as relaxed as possible. The conversation would turn to what you like to do in your spare time to a prepared question. The difficult part for myself was changing from a relaxed water cooler type conversation to prepared questions.
