Pre-Interview Social was held a few days before interviews with all the other applicants from Wichita State. Interviews took place the following week on campus at WSU. Check-in was done both with Career Development Center workers and Koch employees.
There were total of two rounds, first round was online technical assessment which included coding questions.
Selected peers move to next round of interview which is completely behavioural based questions

2 interviews on campus with different department leaders then one phone/zoom interview. Had networked beforehand so my experience may differ. Interview was generally casual, asked typical behavioral questions, very nice folks.
Phone interview followed by in-person interview. Very structured process starting from the 2d round interview. More focused on soft skills than technical skills. Interview questions reflect MBM culture of Koch.
