Was quite easy. They focus on how you are as a person so it was far from technical. It started with a video submission where you answered a few questions they provided, and from there they offer a second interview. This interview was virtual with a few of the higherups from the respective branch of the company, just asking behavioral questions. After that they send an offer.
There were three interviews. All of the interviews were mostly behavioral questions with some technology questions mixed in, but nothing very technical. First interview was with two interviewers, one was in IT and one was HR. Second interview was with the group’s hiring manager. Third interview was with two members of the team.

Mainly behavioral questions with slight technical questions. My overall experience was great, got to meet another manager during also. There were two interviews where the first was a phone screening and then one on Zoom Low-stress levels.

What is a weakness you have?
First an online interview, second interview on their campus in Wichita, KS. For the second interview, about four people take turns to interview you for about 45 minutes each on different topics.
