It was straightforward and easy. Two phone screenings, one with HR one with the hiring manager. Then I was invited on-site for an all day interview with about 5 or 6 different people. Questions were pretty standard “describe a time when...” and people were friendly.

After the online application, invited to a phone interview with a recruiter. It took less than 30 mins, asked about behavioral questions. The questions were random and not connected to the next question. Looks like the recruiter was not focusing on the interview.

Quick and smooth interview with a panel of 5. Mostly behavioral-based questions, with few technical ones. Overall, a great experience and you get to learn a lot about the company as well. The interview is usually a multi-stage interview and you get to meet different individuals.
