I met Koch Industries at a University sponsored career fair. They had a meeting the next Sunday to go over any questions that the candidates had about the company with multiple representatives. The interviews were all a day later. The interview was a standard behavioral interview, it wasn't anything technical or in-depth.

Very standard, nothing too out of the ordinary in terms of what questions they ask you. Mainly just ask about projects that you did and what your hardest class was.

Colloquio
Enjoyed a social the night before with a group of candidates to be interviewed and the interviewer. Relaxed and had some refreshments. Interviewed the next day, laid back, personal interview that mainly discussed prior internship experience and the company as a whole. Very enjoyable experience. Received feedback very quickly, within a week. Moved forward to on site interviews and plant tours.
