As might be expected I met with a series of tax attorney in the department as well as the Director of Tax. Although not public there is a significant amount of information about this company avaialable on the internet. The research, particularly about the Company's philosophy, was very helpful. While in some ways this is a very large company in other ways its still a family business. The managment philosophy entitled "Market Based Management" was part of the interview and my understanding of the ideas presented in Market Based Management was part of the Internview.
