I applied online and received email for interview. Asked to be there five minutes before schedule interview time. Arrived fifteen minutes before schedule time and checked in to be told they were running behind. I was asked to wait in employee breakroom. Which I ended up waiting for almost an hour. Overall interview was basic.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
