Short and fast.The questions are easy for anyone with cashier experience and anyone who works well with people. Asks a lot about how to deal with customers. Asks also about previous experience as a cashier and about kohls core values. One on one interview with a personal vibe. My managers were kind and attentive. If you don't work well with people or are impatient with customer request this is not the job for you.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
