Okay I know it says that I've accept an offer with Kohls but I literally just had my interview today so I am not 100% sure that I got the job. I am staying positive about it though. It was supposed to be a group interview but really it was just me and one other applicant who I made friends with before the interview. It was pretty casual and the interviewer was very friendly. She told us a little bit about herself and the company and then she asked us questions and we took turns answering them. A few of the questions were:
Tell me about yourself?
How do you feel about soliciting the Kohl's charge card?
Name a time you had to switch your priorities quickly?
I can't remember all of the questions but they also asked about your availability and whatnot. Stay positve keep a smile on and try to be outgoing and you will be just fine!

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
