Instead of being given turns to answer, we were asked to just jump in with answers, which made it hard because everyone else was desperately talking over each other and trying to be first. But after a few minutes, I started to get into the groove and the interview got more comfortable. It only lasted about 10-15 minutes. I'd read that during Kohl's group interview, the managers would ask whoever made the cut to stay behind (like giving the "your application had a mistake" excuse) . But this time around, they dismissed all of us and didn't ask any of us to stay, stating that background checks had to be made before anyone was hired.
