They take you into the office the Sephora store manager and some sort of Kohls manager. The questions were for me so easy and traditionally asked questions in beauty interviews.

I applied online and received an invitation to come in person to interview that same day. The interview was fairly straightforward. I met with the store manager and the lady in charge of the beauty department. The interview took about 30 minutes and I received an offer two days later.
