It was pretty easy- the managers are all extremely nice and they genuinely listen to you in your interview. They do look for capable people, but will try and find you a place to work here if you are like-able. Fast hiring is also a plus.

This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
