It was a group interview (seven of us) and took about 30-45 minutes. The employer ask us simple question even though i suck and we all have the same answers in a circle going around. He told us that we can say "i agree/disagree with him/her" as well. After the interview was over he gave us a sheet of paper and wrote down what days and times we are available and will email us within few days if we are hired.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
