Came 5 minutes early went to customer service to let them know I was here for an interview and they called someone and told me they're coming and a lady came and told me she's calling someone else because the usual interviewer wasn't there that day b/c they didn't know that specific day they were doing interviews. Unprofessional. Waited about 15 minutes for a woman to come and we went to a room seemed like a meeting type of room and she only asked 5 questions and her tone was very mono tone she seemed to not care and at the end she's like "OK we'll let you know if you got the position there's a 20 percent chance you will since there's 4 other candidates" next day got the job.
Was supposed to be a group interview but they met with me alone instead which I think was better I am never a fan of group interviews I feel you are always comparing your response to the previous persons response and it changes your answers

I had both an individual interview and a large group interview with about twenty other people. We each had a chance to give answers. You also could decline answering a question if desired.
