Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Kohl's (Menomonee Falls, WI) nel mese di nov 2015
Colloquio
The intern interview started with an on-campus interview at my school. Here, they asked things such as "tell me about yourself," "what is a time you failed and learned from it," etc. In addition, ten minutes before the interview, they will give you a small case (two or three paragraphs) to read through and be ready to discuss. As long as you have an opinion and rationale behind it, that's good.
The next step is going to the Kohl's campus to interview. They bring you to Milwaukee the night before, give you a tour of the city, and have a dinner for all the interviewees. The next day, you start the interview day. It consists of three, 20-minute interviews. When you aren't interviewing, you're getting tours of the campus and learning about benefits.

Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.
Simple process with good support from HR! Typical questions around who you are, why you're here, why they should hire you and more. Behavioral questions as well to understand how you may respond or react in a certain situation based on your past experience.

It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
