Quick and easy process. I got there 30 minutes early. Was called in by an older woman. She asked me questions off a sheet of paper. After questioning me she said the uniform was business casual. She then said part time was between 9-24 hours a week. She gave me a sheet of paper with availability to sign and date. When I finished she said Welcome to Kohls and to wait for a next step email.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
