I applied online and received an email within a few days to schedule an interview. I scheduled my interview online, and arrived about a little less than 10 minutes early (the email prompts you to arrive 5 minutes early).
Manager came right out, was friendly, and the interview was one on one.
It was a very traditional interview, just Q&A without too much in-between conversation. The questions he was asking were off of a sheet, and he was writing down all of my responses, so there was a bit of awkwardness in the silence after each question while he wrote, but as long as you smile, relax, and be yourself it isn't too bad.
I asked about the pay and when I would expect to hear back, and he said a few days, but it took a week before receiving an email saying that I was offered a position.

They called me into an interview after a few days online. They asked me only one question and then said they would hand it off to their corporate office based on their needs.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
