Go in to customer service tell them you're there for a job interview someone will either tell you or show to the breakroom. You sit and wait for the manager to come, I was early my interview was 12:40 but I interviewed at 12:20. Asked a few simple questions.
I answered my questions effectively because I used this website to guide me on what questions they would ask and looked on Kohl's website so I was ready for the interview. It was very easy.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
