I filled out a profile on snagajob's website and got a call from Kohl's before I had even completely applied to their store. I then had a 1:1 interview with the HR person, who was very nice. I then was offered a joband had a group orientation at the begining of the next month with was a couple weeks after the initial call.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
