Interview process was back in 2005. I applied during the holiday hiring season. I interviewed with the current store manager. He asked me a few questions and hired me on the spot. Interview was on a Sunday and my first day was Black Friday. I never had a proper orientation and my first day was spent on p.o.s. My second day I was put on the sales floor which was my primary position. Nothing specific about the interview since it was really quick and he needed to hire lots of people due to the holiday rush.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
