She was smiling genuinely until she saw me (a brown skinned female). Once the interview started, she didn't seem very interested. I answered every question honestly and with a smile and confidence. After the first few minutes, she already logged out of the interview and didn't look like she was listening to me talk. After the interview, we walked out of the room and when she saw the next person to interview (a Caucasian female), her face lit up. I was very uncomfortable with the coldness.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
