Got a call from Kohl's two weeks after I applied. I was out of state for a week on a vacation. Got set up for an interview a week later. I showed up early, but the managers were late. I had to wait for half an hour for the assistant manager to come get me at Customer Service. Got interviewed by an assistant manager, he was really nice. At first he started asking a little bit about my personal life as he read through my application. I thought it was a little bit off, because it was way off the subject, especially at an interview. Anyways, he went back on a track and asked me what kind of position I'm interested in then listed all of the positions at Kohl's and all of the job descriptions then asked if I was sure that I'm still interested in working as Sales Associate/Cashier. He asked me what was the best and worst experience I've had with my co-workers from my other previous jobs. That was it, I was only in there for about 5 minutes. It was very quick interview. He told me he'll call me within 7-10 days when my background check goes through. It's been over two months, still haven't gotten any calls from them.. Heard they're very picky.
