It was a 1-on-1 interview with the store manager. She asked me my name and my availability. She obviously didn't have my resume or even my application in front of her. She asked me a few questions, all of which I had read during interview preparation, then asked if I had any questions for her. I asked if my limited availability would be an issue and she immediately said yes. I wish she had told me this when I told her my availability instead of wasting my time. The whole interview took about 5 minutes.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.

Goes over simple things like hobbies, skills, and weaknesses. They let you ask questions, and ask about past jobs and why you left. Overall it is an easy interview to sit through.
