I found at about Kohl's through a career fair on campus at my university. From there I applied through the career website and landed an interview. I attended an information session the night before the interview on campus. I passed the first interview and was asked to go to a local store for a 3-hour final interview. It was in the stock room because they have no formal conference rooms but otherwise it was very organized. However, they lost mine and another applicants name so when we arrived they did not have us down to interview. They figured it out fortunately. I had a store tour, Q&A session, and three interviews with three different senior leaders. Everyone is really nice and friendly. They even offered snacks and drinks at the final interview!

Colloquio
It was very simple and was actually enjoyable. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly and easy to talk to! I first had a one on one interview with a nearby store manager. Then my second interview came a few weeks later. It was a group interview with an easy case study/ presentation. Then there were two one on one interviews with a store manager and then the Division Manager.

The interviewer was nice and friendly. I left with positive feeling but it was heartbreaking to realize when I didn't get the job, especially when I was really looking forward to it.

Colloquio
The interview process was very negative. There were two women and one of them did not seem interested in me at all. She seemed to force my answers to be short when she would look down at her paper and start saying her next question. I did not feel comfortable during the interview and she made me just want to walk out the door. She was not a very good interviewer.
