I applied online through SnagAJob.com, and was called 3 days later to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 hiring managers in a group interview with about 10 other people. My advice would be to answer as many questions as possible. Not answering enough is probably where I went wrong. The hiring managers seem to score you on how many you answer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
