The interview was very unprofessional the lady that interview me had a bad attitude she didn't made me feel welcomed she was rude and was racist toward me .she made me feel very unconferable I was interview in the Bakersfield location in gosford Rd . khols you need too do better because y'all don't need a business if y'all having people like that working or even worse managing I would never shop in yall location and I'll make sure more people I know personally do the same from my experience with y'all stores that stereotype don't deserve too make money going out of business is the best solution.

I applied at one location for an early morning stocker and was selected for a phone interview. The interview ended up being for a different location further away that wanted the complete opposite availability that I had listed. The interviewer seemed shocked when I said this didn't work for me, but I felt like they were trying to trick me into a different position and time that I had available. They also called me 20 minutes later than they said they would.

I was sat down and talked through numerous scenarios, then asked to describe my hypothetical response to these scenarios. The majority of the scenarios were asking about general customer interactions on the floor, with some corresponding to delivery bay operations.
