Submitted my resume online and received an email about completing a phone interview. The phone interview lasted under 10 minutes and I was only asked if I was ok with the start date and job description. I was offered to come into an in person interview. The in person interview lasted 13 minutes. I was asked again if I was ok with the hours and start date. They asked why I wanted to work in collections and told me I’d hear back by Friday.

Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.

I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.
