Walk in clean with a resume and a clean record and you have a job. I had a coworker who walked in wearing jeans and a t shirt and asked for an application. They took him back for an interview and was hired 10 minuets later. Show up and as long as you don't have a criminal record and you try to have a good interview you have a job.
Straightforward. Reviewed my resume and asked standard interview questions. The process lasted a few days. There was no drug test for me. The store manager interviewed me. The questions were easy and she was very respectful.

It was an group interview, it was basic questions, the employer made you feel comfortable also honest, laid back better then my other interviews. Will email you within 24 hours or a week if you get the job may or may not drug test
